These fits often include 2 separate sessions:

The first will include video analysis to make help make initial adjustments. Equipment changes may be suggested while looking for every last marginal gain to maximize your speed and efficiency on the bike. 

The second session includes installation of any equipment changes and final adjustments to achieve the desired results.
